Given the ongoing emergence of COVID-19 new variants, the staff of Talitha Cumi is taking all safety measures and public health precautions to ensure residents and guests remain unaffected. For starters, we acknowledge the devastation of this pandemic and the innocent lives of those who died from its impact. Our staff continues to stay abreast of the protocols and advisories in effort to implement the proper tools, equipment, PPE resources, and more.

At this time, we will only accept new residents who have not been exposed to COVID-19, who agree to taking a rapid test at an urgent care facility and providing results to our Intake
Coordinator. Lastly, prior to entry into the home, new residents will need to adhere to a 14-day quarantine at one of our secondary facilities in order for us to ensure the safety and health of our existing residents.

Given the new variants that arise, testing outcomes will change. Therefore, we have chosen Med Star Prompt Care and University Medical Systems Urgent Care as our preferred medical facilities for members to visit for COVID-19 testing and/or hospital admission if needed.
